NDDC Scholarship 2013- Niger Delta Development Commission, also known by NDDC in association with Human Resource Development initiatives, NDDC is looking forward for providing Foreign Post-Graduate Scholarship Scheme. Candidates must have acquired Message university admission in a recognized university abroad.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE 2013 NDDC SCHOLARSHIP POSITIONS FOR NIGERIANS

First degree with a minimum of second class lower Division for those wishing to undertake a masters program and a good Master for PhD candidates from a recognized university.
Admission acquired in a graduate program in one of the disciplines listed in a foreign university.
Bond of good conduct from one of the following persons from the applicant’s community / clan. source: www.scholarshipforafricans.com
a. Member of the National Assembly
b. Chairman of the LGA.
c. Head first class traditional.
d. Judge of the High Court
People showing signs of belonging worship or criminal should not be considered for this award.
